How it began
Evolve Psychotherapy started from a commitment to addressing a gap in services for addressing OCD, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD using evidence-based approaches in the Niagara area. Individuals with these presentations greatly benefit when their clinician is trained in modalities such as exposure-based cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
