Estimates for Individual Psychotherapy
*Session frequency may be adjusted collaboratively based on therapeutic needs, treatment goals, and financial considerations.
*Rates per session are subject to change, within reason and with a minimum of 2 months notice, due to changes in operating costs.

Insurance coverage
Our psychotherapy services are covered by most extended health insurance plans. However, coverage can vary depending on your individual policy and provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company prior to beginning therapy to confirm your coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), including any annual limits, reimbursement rates, or other requirements.
